回首2024年，是砥砺前行、成果丰硕的一年。学院全面贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会精神，深入学习贯彻习近平总书记视察天津重要讲话精神，全院上下齐心协力、攻坚克难，圆满完成了一届毕业生的培养任务，并成功举办6165cc金沙总站首届学生毕业典礼暨学位授予仪式。首届毕业生中，多达 189 人顺利通过中波联合答辩，中外双学位获取率高达92%，在全国同类院校中名列前茅；本科毕业生中有24人成功被国内高校录取，其中13人进入 211/双一流高校，28人被国外高校录取，且有18人被世界排名前 100 的高校录取，整体升学率达到 35.37%，位居全校之首。
Looking back on 2024, it was a year of hard work and fruitful achievements. Among the first batch of graduates, as many as 189 students successfully passed the Sino-Polish joint defense, with a dual degree acquisition rate of 92%, ranking among the top in similar universities nationwide，we also successfully organis-sed the Graduation Ceremony and Degree Conferment Ceremony for the first class of students of the International College of Engineering.;Among undergraduate gradu-ates, 24 were successfully admitted to domestic universities for further study, including 13 who entered “211/Double First Class” universities, and 28 were admitted to overseas universities, involving 18 who were admitted to the world's top 100 universities. The overall enrollment rate reached 35.37%, ranking first in the whole school.
这一年，我们大力加强招生宣传工作。积极投身天津市高招咨询会、中外合作办学咨询服务直播专场、河南线下本硕咨询会等六大类招生活动，耐心解答考生家长咨询上千次，在校生规模稳步扩至1097人。
This year, we have firstly enhanced our enrollment promotion work: actively participated in six major types of enrollment activities, including Tianjin Higher Education Consultation Conference, Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Consultation Service Live Session, and Offline Undergraduate and Master's Consultation Conference in Henan, patiently answered thousands of inquiries from candidates' parents, and steadily expanded the student population to 1097.
人才培养方案持续创新优化。首届中波教学论坛成功举办，课程管理不断精细调整；4场波方课程学习经验交流会如火如荼开展；英语强化训练成效显著，欧洲英语B2考试培训、四级模拟考有序推进，学生英语四六级通过率远超全校均值；在波方英语B2考试中，两校通过率分别高达96%和98%。
Second, continuous innovation and optimization of talent training programs. The first Sino-Poland Teaching Forum was successfully held, and curriculum management has been continuously and fine modulated; four sessions of Polish course learning experience exchange meeting are organized; The effectiveness of English intensive training is significant, with orderly progress in the host of the CEFR B2 exam and the simulated CET-4 exam. The pass rate of students in the CET-4 and CET-6 exams far exceeds the school average; In the B2 exam, the pass rates of the two schools were as high as 96% and 98% respectively.
育人实效全方位提升。在学生学业方面，本年度我院5名同学获国家奖学金，1名同学获天津市人民政府奖学金，1名同学获王克昌奖学金，1名同学获天津市优秀学生。在天津市网络文化节活动中，荣获省部级荣誉 4 项；5 支实践团队成功入选全国大学生志愿宣讲团；积极组织学生参加全国高校数字艺术设计大赛、天津市大学生工业与艺术设计竞赛等科技竞赛，斩获国家级奖项 4 项、省部级奖项 12 项；完成中国国际大学生创新大赛参赛报名 133 项；1人荣获首届全国大学生职业规划大赛天津市高教组总决赛铜奖。
Third, improving the effectiveness of education in all aspects.In terms of students' academics, this year, 5 students of ISE were awarded national scholarships, 1 student was awarded Tianjin Municipal People's Government Scholarship, 1 student was awarded WangKechang Scholarship, and 1 student was awarded Tianjin Outstanding Student. We also received 4 provincial and ministerial level honors during the Tianjin Internet Cultural Festival activities; 5 practical teams have been successfully selected for the National College Student Volunteer Lecture Team, actively organized students to participate in technology competitions such as the National University Digital Art Design Competition and the Tianjin University Student Industrial and Art Design Competition, winning 4 national level awards and 12 provincial and ministerial level awards, and completed 133 entries for the China International College Students Innovation Competition. One person winning the bronze medal in the final of the Tianjin Higher Education Group of the first National College Student Career Planning Competition.
这一年，我们贴心保障首届毕业生完成中英文答辩。累计邀请导师主持45场全英文汇报演练，精心筹备毕设预答辩，聘请英语专家现场为学生“把关”；组织中波教师携手完成本科生15场、研究生9场联合答辩。
Fourth, this year, we thoughtfully ensured that the first batch of graduates completed their Chinese and English defense. We have invited mentors to host 45 fully-English presentations and drills, carefully prepared the pre-defense for graduation, and hired English experts to provide on-site supervision for students; organizing Chinese and Polish teachers to work together to complete 15 undergraduate and 9 graduate joint defense sessions.
学生赴波留学工作高效有序。上半年，198名学子平安归国；下半年，153名本科生、53名研究生顺利派出。在波留学期间，学生们还投身北京外国语大学与雅盖隆大学合办的孔子学院课程建设，向波兰高校学子传播书法、国画等中华传统文化，尽显城大学子和国工学院风采。
Students studying abroad in Poland work efficiently and orderly. In the first half of the year, 198 students returned safely; In the second half of the year, 153 undergraduate students and 53 graduate students were successfully dispatched. During their studying abroad in Poland, the students also participated in the construction of the Confucius Institute jointly organized by Beijing Foreign Studies University and Jagiellonian University, spreading traditional Chinese culture such as calligraphy and Chinese painting to Polish university students, showcasing the charm of TCU and ISE.
这一年，我们持续强化与同行之间的交流合作。先后与上海大学、燕山大学、河北工业大学等高校开展深入的调研座谈；积极组织参加中外合作办学联席会、中国国际教育年会、中外合作办学党建与思政教育高质量发展论坛等活动，实现了资源和信息的共享，拓宽了中外合作办学的思路。
Besides, during this year, we have continued to strengthen communication and cooperation with our peers,conducting in-depth research and discussions with universities such as Shanghai University, Yanshan University and Hebei University of Technology, actively organizing and participating in activities such as the Joint Conference on Sino-foreign Cooperative Education, the China International Education Annual Conference, and the Forum on the High quality Development of Party Building and Ideological and Political Education in Sino-foreign Cooperative Education, which achieved the sharing of resources and information, and broadened the ideas of Sino-foreign cooperative education.
国际交流的版图也不断扩容。中波三校积极推进教师互访，自2月起，波方教师先后 8 批次共31人来访，并举办专题讲座6次；9月，学院选派2名教师前往波兰高校参与专业教学交流和学生管理工作。此外，在 12 月，我们还邀请了美国路易斯安那州立大学教授来校进行交流访问并举办系列讲座。
The scope of international exchanges is constantly expanding. The three schools of China and Poland actively promote teacher visits. Since February, a total of 31 teachers from Poland have visited in 8 batches and held 6 special lectures; In September, the college selected two teachers to participate in professional teaching exchanges and student management work at Polish universities. In addition, in December, we also invited professors from Louisiana State University in the United States to come to the school for exchange visits and hold a series of lectures.
